The Employee Recommended Workplace Award recognizes excellence in achieving a healthy, engaged and productive workforce. It is the only award of its kind that is based entirely on feedback from employees. Organizations with strong scores can say that they are truly employee-recommended workplaces, and will be entitled to use the Employee Recommended Workplace badge in their recruiting efforts and communication material. This will help identify them as an employer of choice.
In addition to being recognized, you will receive a report with valuable insights on your Total Health scores. This will identify areas of strength and areas where more work may be needed to improve the health of your workforce.

Get a complete perspective on the health of your workforce
The award program looks at all four components of total health – physical, mental, work and life – and their impact on engagement and productivity. You will receive a summary report about your workforce that highlights positive results and outlines opportunities for improvement that you can use in HR planning.
Help employees get a personal report on their health
Employees are asked to complete a short survey about their total health – physical, mental, work and life. On completion, they’ll receive a personal report that tells them how they are doing, identifies potential areas for improvement and provides them with links to resources to help them take action.
